new itunes
<p><a href='http://apple.com'>apple</a> released a new version of <a href='http://apple.com/itunes'>itunes</a> this morning. it is similar to previous versions with a few interesting upgrades. the most interesting, in my opinion, is the new <a href='http://www.apple.com/itunes/import.html'>apple lossless audio format</a>. i can’t seem to find anything about it on <a href='http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&c2coff=1&q=%22apple+lossless%22&btnG=Search'>google</a> and apple doesn’t seem to say too much about it. i wish apple would just adopt <a href='http://www.softsound.com/Shorten.html'>shorten</a> or, even better, <a href='http://flac.sourceforge.net/'>flac</a>.</p>
